
Project Summary
Padel Smash Academy is one of my most comprehensive and impactful projects—where I led full-scale marketing, content, and growth operations to build the largest Padel media brand in the United States. I developed the multi-channel content engine responsible for daily production, scaled the YouTube channel to over a million monthly impressions, 350,000 subscriber and built high-performing e-commerce infrastructure with industry-leading conversion rates. Beyond digital execution, I directed brand strategy, analytics, paid advertising, audience development, and strategic partnerships with global Padel brands and clubs. This project showcases my ability to architect end-to-end marketing systems, unify content with revenue strategy, and grow a brand from startup to industry leader within 12 months.
