Project Summary

My work with Rosa Jobs and Gus Software began through Marketing Duo’s engagement with Companions Forever, where I was tasked with promoting Rosa Jobs as a caregiver job platform. I conducted market analysis, advised on UI improvements, and built a targeted go-to-market strategy aimed at Connecticut caregivers—positioning the platform as a fast, local solution for finding homecare cases. We launched with an aggressive Google Ads strategy, an educational weekly content schedule, and a live-stream series featuring open cases and Q&A sessions with care coordinators. As a result, Rosa Jobs closed cases twice as fast as any other agency in the region. When Rosa Jobs later merged into Gus Software, I helped integrate the job board directly into the homecare management system, enabling agencies to post and promote cases with a single click. Today, under CescIPHoldings, I continue to lead all marketing and advertising efforts for Gus Software, driving monthly acquisition goals of 25+ calls and supporting the platform’s growth to 21 recurring agency subscribers—and expanding.
