It’s Only Natural Market, a longstanding health food store in Middletown, Connecticut, hired Marketing Duo for a full-service marketing overhaul to better compete with national retailers like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. We redesigned their website, implemented online ordering for their café, launched Google Ads, radio and print campaigns, and produced a commercial for Hulu and Comcast. Our twice-weekly content strategy highlighted the people, brands, and unique value that set the store apart. In the first year, sales grew 5% year-over-year, daily transaction counts increased 5.4%, average transaction size grew 2.9%, and online café orders accounted for 6% of total sales.
