Project Summary

Companions Forever, a homecare agency in Newington, Connecticut, was Marketing Duo’s first major contract and the launchpad for our long-term work in the homecare industry. The owner sought a full content marketing strategy and support in launching his beta homecare software, Rosa Jobs. We developed a comprehensive content calendar, produced event and convention materials, designed merchandise, supported the sales team in the field, and delivered high-quality video content for recruitment and brand awareness. When the pandemic hit four months later, we pivoted to highlight what set Companions Forever apart—its care coordinators, staff culture, and Rosa Jobs’ ability to empower caregivers to choose cases that matched their needs. We created weekly employee features, live streams, and documentary-style storytelling that reinforced trust and transparency during a critical time. In parallel, we hired spokesperson talent, built all go-to-market content for Rosa Jobs, and launched an aggressive radio, TV, print, and Google Ads campaign. These efforts increased client lead-to-sale conversion rates by 22%, grew annual revenue by 20%, and enabled Rosa Jobs to close care cases twice as fast as competitors in its first full year. Our work contributed directly to the company’s ability to scale, thrive through the pandemic, and pursue a favorable acquisition valuation.
