Summary

Padel Smash Academy is one of my most comprehensive and impactful projects—where I led full-scale marketing, content, and growth operations to build the largest Padel media brand in the United States. I developed the multi-channel content engine responsible for daily production, scaled the YouTube channel to over a million monthly impressions and 350,000 subscribers, and built high-performing e-commerce infrastructure with industry-leading conversion rates. Beyond digital execution, I directed brand strategy, analytics, paid advertising, audience development, and strategic partnerships with global Padel brands and clubs. This project showcases my ability to architect end-to-end marketing systems, unify content with revenue strategy, and grow a brand from startup to industry leader within months.

Challenge

The primary challenge was transforming Padel Smash Academy from a small, unknown startup into a credible, scalable media and e-commerce brand in an emerging U.S. market with little existing awareness of the sport. With no established content systems, limited marketing infrastructure, and an audience starting from zero, the project demanded building everything from the ground up—brand positioning, content workflows, analytics, paid strategy, e-commerce, and partnership frameworks—while simultaneously educating a new market, generating demand, and proving the business model in real time.

Solutions

To overcome these challenges, I built a complete marketing and content infrastructure from the ground up. I developed a scalable multi-platform content engine—creating daily long-form and short-form video systems, metadata frameworks, and storytelling formats that positioned PSA as the authoritative voice in U.S. padel. I designed and launched a high-converting e-commerce platform, integrating SEO, product storytelling, and performance advertising to drive consistent sales. I also managed a targeted advertising budget across Meta, Google, and YouTube, deploying data-driven campaigns that accelerated reach, conversions, and brand visibility. In parallel, I established PSA’s brand identity, audience strategy, analytics dashboards, and paid media systems while negotiating strategic partnerships with leading padel brands and clubs. By unifying content, community-building, and revenue strategy into one cohesive ecosystem, I transformed PSA into the fastest-growing padel media brand in the country.
